Terms and Conditions for Gippy Shuttle Airport Transfer Service
1. Booking and Reservations
- Passengers must make reservations in advance to secure their airport transfer.
- Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through our authorized agents.
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will not receive a refund.
3. Baggage Allowance
- Passengers are allowed one standard-sized suitcase and one carry-on bag.
- Additional baggage may incur extra charges.
4. Pickup and Drop-off
- Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Drivers will wait for up to 15 minutes; after that, it’s considered a no-show.
- We provide door-to-door service within the specified service area.
5. Payment
- Payment can be made online during booking or in cash to the driver.
- Credit cards and major payment methods are accepted.
6. Safety and Conduct
- Passengers must follow safety guidelines during the journey.
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in the shuttle.
- Disruptive behavior may result in termination of service.
7. Liability - We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings.
8. Privacy
- Passenger information is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
